I belong to the Estonian Family Therapy Association and the Estonian EFT community. In sessions I am warm and empathetic yet direct and brave. I respect each person\u2019s life story, whatever their path. I believe healing and growth go hand in hand \u2013 in relationships, families and within oneself. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">My role is to offer a safe space where we can explore what hurts and where you feel stuck, so we can spot the patterns that shape your feelings and bonds.
