Activities of EFT community
The EFT Estonia community grows through meetings, shared experiences, and moments created together. Here we share our community gatherings, joint ventures, and events that bring together EFT therapists and others interested in emotionally focused therapy.
It is important to us to create a supportive and open space where we can learn from one another, share inspiration, and keep alive the sense that we are not working alone.

Therapists from the EFT Estonia group attended a course in Romania.
On 6–7 June 2026, several therapists from the EFT Estonia community joined Dr Leanne Campbell’s training in Bucharest titled ‘Loss and Grief in EFCT and EFIT’.
The two-day course showed how to help people facing loss and grief in both Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy (EFCT) and one-to-one therapy (EFIT). It also explored in depth situations where the natural grieving process has become stuck and the loss is affecting a person’s emotional well-being, close relationships and sense of security.
The course gave clear knowledge and hands-on tools for daily practice. It was special to learn from Dr Leanne Campbell, an internationally recognised EFT trainer, author and ICEEFT-certified trainer.
As well as offering professional development, this joint participation provided an opportunity to strengthen the bonds between Estonian EFT therapists, share experiences and bring new knowledge and inspiration back to our local EFT community.
World EFT Conference in Canada, May 2027
From 9 to 11 May 2027, the global EFT conference will be held in Vancouver, Canada, bringing together EFT therapists, trainers and community members from all over the world.
The conference is a great chance to grow your skills, learn from top EFT trainers and see the latest field trends. It is also a valuable meeting place where you can forge links with the global EFT community, share experiences and gain inspiration for your future professional journey.

Let’s grow the EFT Estonia community together 💚
On 6 September 2026 we will meet in Saue to pause, be present and plan the future of our EFT community.
In the vision workshop led by Tiia Schmidt, we reflect on our personal and professional journeys and dream about what the community of Estonian EFT therapists could become. Together we’ll explore what unites us, the values we cherish and our shared vision and mission.
This afternoon lets us meet colleagues outside the usual training room, share ideas and experiences, and strengthen our links. We aim to build a community where every member feels cared for, included and inspired, and where we can support one another both in our professional growth and in promoting EFT Estonia.
I’ll take care of the cake and all the other goodies – you just bring your thoughts, dreams and an open mind. Let’s create something meaningful together! 💚
