The “Hold Me Tight” couples workshop is based on the book *Hold Me Tight* (in English ‘Hold Me Tight: 7 Conversations for a Lifetime of Love’). EFT is used worldwide, and magazines such as *Time* and *The New York Times* call it the most effective couples therapy. The “Hold Me Tight” workshop focuses on building and strengthening the emotional bond between partners; it helps to deepen understanding, intimacy and trust, cuts blame, and builds a stronger base for partnership and lifelong love.

The training programme offers:

  • You can join a workshop without fearing you’ll meet your clients 😉
  • Try EFT as a client and feel its effect,
  • It helps people spot unhelpful patterns, name feelings and needs, and build kind, fresh ways of talking that nurture both partners and themselves.
  • knowledge of romantic love and attachment relationships,
  • practising in a safe, supportive space,
  • You can learn from other couples via videos and group talks and share support with those who have faced similar issues.
