I am a family therapist (level 7), couples therapist (completed training in Core Skills of Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT)) and Gordon communication coach. I am a member of the Estonian Family Therapy Association and the Estonian Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) community.
It is important for every person to know that they have a secure foundation—their family. Same here: I’m married and have three children. At the beginning of this year, I became a grandmother.
Close relationships require a lot of awareness, time, commitment, self-reflection, and responsibility. Becoming a therapist has been a long journey of self-development: I have learned to listen to myself and observe myself from the outside, to notice and accept my emotions, to examine and change my beliefs, habits, and behaviors, to set boundaries, and to be kind and curious. And I’m still learning.
Coming to therapy is a sign of strength and self-love. I promise to be an attentive listener and a safe companion on this journey.
I work with couples, families, and individual clients at the Toompargi Family Therapy Center in Tallinn and online.
