I believe that most of us wish to experience a sense of security, understanding, and intimacy in our close relationships. When these are lost, they can be replaced by conflict, withdrawal, or a sense of loneliness. It is in these moments that therapy can offer an opportunity to pause, understand what is happening, and find new clarity in reaching one another.

I am a psychologist and a family therapist in training, a couples therapist, and I am further specializing in the field of Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT). I have completed the Level I competency training for family psychotherapists and the EFT Externship, and I am a member of the Estonian Family Therapy Association (EPTÜ) and the International Centre for Excellence in Emotionally Focused Therapy (ICEEFT).

As a therapist, I consider an evidence-based approach to be essential, but equally important to me is genuine human contact and a safe space where people can talk about topics that have previously been difficult to put into words. Every small step toward greater self-understanding, courage, and intimacy can bring about significant changes both within the individual and in their most important relationships.
